♥Tuesday Night

This week, I am having the busiest week in my whole semester. I have 2 presentations, 1 report and 2 exams. But thanks God that I be able to complete everything on time and well prepared. Because it’s come to the end of semester, so everything packed at the week before the semester end. Time flies eyy! 2 weeks to go then come to my final exam. Anxious! Wish me luck!

On Tuesday night, the sister went to work. So, I decided to cook a simple dinner. While I opened the refrigerator, I saw a chicken. Then I suddenly feel like to eat steam chicken for our dinner. So I went to browse some recipe for steam chicken. After an hour of preparing, I started to cooked. I boiled the water and put in the chicken. I chopped the chicken, slicing the ginger, garlic. Here’s the picture of my steam chicken + eggs ( in case the boy feel bored which just eating chicken) and “chicken soup”.

Friendship

What's the true definition of friendship?I don't know.While I was walking alone in the Uni, and I saw there are a lot of group of people around me,and I just realised that I don't have friend.I don't know what's my problem or in life we doesn't need any friend.Recall the day while I was in kindergarden,elementary school,high school,UNI,I've hundred of people in my friendster or facebook,but how many is my true friend.What's the true friend mean to me?A friend which can give u an advice whenever u need,cry on the shoulder when u feel sad,sharing all the joy of life...and what's personality that God had given to me?

God,I want a new life!!I feeling so miserable right now.Please give me wisdom,strength to follow the path which u want me to go.

feeling Tired

Its Monday again.Why why why why...I am so tired.Just finish my accounting tutorial.And 1 more to go.Am having lunch with the sister at Uni's cafe,ordered a plate of Grilled Terriyaki Chicken toasted bread and Greek Salad + 600ml Organic Spring.feeling healthy atm.

I hate group assignment.Am get so so so pissed when the other group member doing nothing for the assignment.So stop complaining my work which yourself can't do it or not even try to do it.I'll not put your name on the cover sheet.BEWARE of itttt!!!!

Assam Laksa Night

Penang Assam Laksa is one of my favourite food.I like the combination of spicy and sour.I think for people whose love eating tomyam,I think you'll like assam laksa as well.I was thinking to have Assam Laksa since my brother's friend,Seumas kept talking about it when we met up in the campus.Seumes is from penang,then he was craving for Penang Laksa long time ago.And he kept complaint he couldn't get AssamLaksa at Sydney.So,2 nights ago,I was like sitting in front the computer and start google about PEnang LAksa.Finally,I got the recipe from Rasa Malaysia website.It was so cool.I realized the website has so much of Asian food's recipe and I wish I have the time to try every of them.All the foods they post up make me hungry and drooling.Beside,I like cooking.I enjoyed the process of cooking.Thou sometime it was tiring,but I like the silent.So,I had a deal with the sister,which she was not allow to step in the kitchen when I was preparing the foods.Because we had different opinion on cooking,I don't like people AJI AJO..hahhahss me either.I won't step out from the room when she was doing her part.

Tonight,we broke the rule.Because I need her to help me to prepared the garnish while I was busy with the soup.Here's come the photos of the foods.We enjoyed our foods so much.And I even on skype with the mother about my foods.She is an expert with cooking Penang Laksa.She said it looks so delicious.Happie Happie

Weekend escape 2

Last Sunday,we were on the holiday mood.We went to Macadamia Farm, Hunter Valley, Lavender Farm.We been forced to woke up around 7am.Because this journey took us 2 hrs to reached the destination.So,We had to leave home earlier and get to the destination on time.Its rush but enjoyable.We stopped frequently while on the way hunter valley just to capture some nice view from the country side.We get to looked at the mini market which sold all kind of fresh vege.Thank you for the cousin,Kat,whose the driver of the day,for bringing us all the way from the city to the country side.I think she must be exhausted after whole day driving.We leave home around 9am and reached home at 8pm.Can you imagined that you were driving for almost 12 hrs?!?!But I think is worth it.Because we took a lot of nice photos.Let's photos tell you how much we enjoyed!!
